This beautiful vacation property is situated on a hill close to the little village Son Macia in the south-east of the island. From the house one can enjoy great views across a picturesque valley and to the sea. Several bays with sandy beaches can be reached in only 10 minutes by car. The villa is furnished very elegantly. The interior design is a harmonic combination of colonial style and typical Majorcan elements. The way to the entrance hall leads through a patio with a massive wooden table. Some stairs provide acces to the open-plan kitchen, adjoined by the spacious lounge with fireplace and a separate TV- and music-room.

From these rooms, there is direct access to the panorama terrace with beautiful teak furniture. On another level of the house, the sleeping area with three double bedrooms and two luxury bathrooms is situated. The guest house can be reached via the large sun terrace. Here are another two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and shower as well as a large living room. The pool is situated on the lower garden level. A tennis court, to be shared with the residents of other villas in the neighbourhood, is included in the rental price. The nearest golf court Val d`Or is only some 10 minutes by car. On the property there is lots of parking space.

Majorca with it's diversity and great number of cultural sights is one of the most interesting islands of the Mediterranean. The north-west with the craggy cliff line is characterised by the beautiful, green landscape of the Tramuntana mountains, which are covered with forests and orchards. In the east, however, there is a mellow landscape with mediterranean vegetation and many small bays which are perfect for families with children. The beach "Es Trenc" in the south reminds of the sand dunes of the island of Sylt. There is a vast choice of sports activities all year round: trekking, mountainbiking, golf, sailing, paragliding and much more. The capital of the island, Palma de Mallorca, is known for it's impressive cathedral. The narrow streets offer a number of shops and galleries. Majorca's nighlife is mainly limited to the adjacencies of Palma.
