From the quiet 6.500 sqm hillside vacation property between San Jose and Es Cubells one has spectacular views of the Mediterranean landscape with palm trees, cypresses and vineyards as far as to the sea. This beautiful country house has two levels. It is tastefully furnished with precious and valuable pieces from Asia. On the entrance level there is a spacious lounge with access to the terrace, a gallery with a piano, a small study and a guest WC. On a split level, there is a double bedroom. Another double bedroom at this level is ideal for an Au Pair or other staff, because the room has an interconnecting door to the house as well as a separate entrance. The room features a shower/WC and a kitchenette, so one can prepare breakfast and snacks. The modern and completely equipped kitchen held in stainless steal, natural stone and bar also has a professional wine cooler. The terrace, accessible trough sliding doors from the kitchen and the living room can be covered by a sunsail.

From here, stairs lead directly to the garden, where the 16 meter pool is located with teak wodden deck, whirlpool and waterfall, balinese loungebed and sunloungers.The garden level offers two double bedrooms and the master bedroom with an king size bed. All rooms at this level have sliding doors opening to the garden and the pool. Next to the entrance of the main house, there is a separate smaller house, where the custodians (a charming couple) live. On the garden level of this house, there is another suite with double bedroom, living area with kitchenette and a shower/WC. Cleaning service of 3 hours at 3 days per week is included in the rental price. Extra individual service like grocery shopping, cooking or babysitting can be arranged with the custodians at supplemental costs.
