This impressive vacation property is located on the northwest of Corsica, nearby the small harbour of Saint-Florent. It consists of 3 buildings, of which one is reserved for the staff. The villa is set on a lush planted property of 15,5 ha. It is only a few hundred meters away from the coast and offers unspoilt views of the golf of Saint-Florent and Cap Corse. A private path leads to the sea and a mooring, where a motor boat and a speed boat with 225 hp are for rental.
The beautiful beaches of "Désert des Agriates" can be reached by boat within 20 minutes. Petrol and skipper are not included. This splendid holiday home offers all kinds of amenities, lots of luxury and comfort and it´s stylish furniture was tastefully chosen by the owners. One of the spacious bathrooms is directly connected to the outdoor pool area. The staff including a cook is at the guests' disposal on workdays.

Despite its wonderful nature and landscape, the touristical infratructure on Corsica is not very distinct yet. The Corsicans are afraid that any further development towards mass tourism might endanger the uniqueness of Corsican culture. The long, extensive hiking trail GR 20 with short climbing tours attracts many hikers. Industry hardly exists on Corsica. Production is mainly based on agricultural products, the building sector and services. Most goods produced on the island are sold to tourists on the spot. This is especially true for the native clasp knives that are crafted in a traditional way.
