This holiday villa owes it´s name to the spectacular and seemingly endless views of the Mediterranean Sea. They can be enjoyed from the terraces and from many of the rooms. At an altitude of appr. 300 meters, Vista Mare is set on sloping premises on the western cliff line of the island, with narrow and winding roads leading uphill from the costal road. It is surrounded by a large garden with olive- and orange trees, cypresses, pine trees and a vast choice of Mediterranean flowers. The spacious living-/dining area has high ceilings and thus in summer temperatures are comfortable. The fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere to enjoy romantic evenings.

The adjoining open plan kitchen is well equipped. When renovating, it was the owner´s intention to preserve the original character of the house. For this reason, the upper floor can only be reached via an outdoor stair-case. Also the garden apartment has a separate entrance from the main house. Beautiful terracotta tiled floors, visible oak beams and many wooden parts underline the rustic character of this tended country house. Serveral terraces sourround the holiday home so one has sunny or shady places throughout the day depending on one´s preferrence. The pool of 5 x 10 meters in size is set amongst trees and plants behind the house. The pool deck offers a partly covered terrace and at the pool house there is a shower and WC. Supermarkets, shops and very good restaurants are found in Deja and in Soller.

Majorca with it's diversity and great number of cultural sights is one of the most interesting islands of the Mediterranean. The northwest with the craggy cliff line is characterised by the beautiful, green landscape of the Tramuntana mountains, which are covered with forests and orchards. In the east, however, there is a mellow landscape with mediterranean vegetation and many small bays which are perfect for families with children. The beach "Es Trenc" in the south reminds of the sand dunes of the island of Sylt. There is a vast choice of sports activities all year round: trekking, mountainbiking, golf, sailing, paragliding and much more. On the weekly Majorcan marketsin the villages one can find a great variety of local products. The capital of the island, Palma de Mallorca, is known for it's impressive cathedral.
