This Finca is only 100 m away from Finca Cauti Uno, which also features four bedrooms. It is a lovingly restored farm house with a beautiful view over the picturesque landscape as far as the sea. In the patio, which is partially covered, there is a cosy seating area with barbecue. One of the bedrooms with shower/WC can only be reached through this courtyard. In the garden, there is a small basin and below the terrace lies the pool (4 x 9 m).
The furnishing of the holiday home is tasteful with rustic, partly even antique pieces. The perfectly equipped kitchen disposes of an induction cooker with ofen. The bathrooms have been tastefully renovated. Three of the bedrooms on the first floor have an ensuite bathroom. The picturesque Old Town of Altea has been kept unchanged until today. At the harbour and in the Old Town one will find restaurants with international and local cuisine.
