This charming holiday house has been built in the typical style of the Cyclade islands. It offers wonderful views of the town of Parika and of the sea. It is the uppermost building of an exclusive holiday housing and it lies at the end of a dead end road. The pool is surrounded by a large terrace with shower. It moreover offers an outdoor kitchen with BBQ and a large dining table. The interior furnishings, charming decorations together with the stone walls all conjure up the delights of typical Mediterranean design. The house is built on sloping grounds; the bedrooms are located in the lower floor. Thus, they are comfortable in summer without needing air condition. Still, the double and the twin bedroom are equipped with fans. All windows have mosquito nets.
The pool suite with separate entrance has been built below the pool area, which was completely renewed in 2009. The suite has a living area with small kitchenette, the sleeping area is separated by a 3/4 wall. In front of the pool suite there is an extra terrace, where the guests can enjoy peace and privacy. Usually the suite will be opened, if there are more than 6 persons. Upon request, the suite will be provided with less persons as well. Marcellos beach is less than five minutes drive away. There one can rent umbrellas and sun loungers. At this beach, there are several tavernas. In summer, there is a regular boat service from Krios to Parikia, so one can shop and go out dining without using the car.
