This comfortable and tastefully furnished villa is located on a hill amidst the impressive sceenery of the golfer´s paradise Il Pelagone in Southern Tuscany. The holiday villa is surrounded by a well-kept garden, which is bounded by hedges, pines trees and cork-oaks on the back side of the property to ensure maximum privacy and separation from the golf course. On the main floor there is a small, but very well equipped kitchen, a twin bedroom and a big living/dining room. From here, French doors lead to a big and partly covered terrace with another dining area. On the first floor, there are the other bedrooms and bathrooms. Villa La Pineta, due to its fantastic location, is a perfect accomodation for those wanting to play golf. The vast and white sandy beaches of the Maremma offer various water sports activities and are about 15 minutes driving away. On request and supplemental costs, sunchairs and sunshades will be booked in advance for Villa Stella´s guests. The popular marina and the fantastic golf course of Punta Ala are also only 15 km away. Upon prior notice, the owners can arrange for sunbeds and parasoles at the beach of Punta Ala. The cost for this is EUR 250 per week. Maid service twice a week is included in the rental price and on demand individual service can be arranged. Rome International Airport Fiumicino is approximately 1,5 hours by car.
