This delightful holiday villa is tucked away in a secluded location near the Golden Mile. One is surrounded by peace and tranquillity in the beautiful mature and very well maintained gardens, yet Marbella is only some minutes walking away. The main house comprises of a double master bedroom with four poster bed, ensuite marble bathroom and French windows leading to the covered terrace. There is a another twin-bedded room with ensuite shower/WC. The separate annex offers an additional double sofa bed and ensuite bathroom with shower/WC. There is air-conditioning in the bedrooms in the main house, and underfloor heating in the marble bathroom, the spacious lounge and the dining room.

The entrance opens out into a large lounge with working fireplace and dining area. The whole length of this room has French windows leading onto the covered terrace, which offers a separate seating and dining area with a built-in barbecue. From here one can enjoy the well maintained Mediterranean garden and views of the sea. On clear days, the views all the way to Gibraltar and the African mainland are very impressive. At the side of the house there are superb views of La Concha mountain. The kitchen is fully equipped. A maid comes two hours a day from Monday to Saturday mornings and a maintanance man takes care of the garden and the pool three times per week. Supermarkets and shops are within walking distance to the villa. Due to the valuable interieur with well selected antiques, children under the age of eight can not be accepted. Pets are not allowed.

The traces left behind by the Phoenicians, Romans, Greeks and Arabs remind us that they were earlier visitors to the Costa del Sol. Today, people come to the sunny, southern Sun Coast because of it's mild, moderate climate, which makes it feel like spring the whole year round. Here, the average annual temperature is 18°C and the deep blue sky is nearly always cloud-free. Part of the appeal of the Costa del Sol is also it's richly contrasting landscape. Towns such as Malaga and Marbella, as well as small villages such as Benalmadena Puebla or Mijas offer a vast variety of attractions to the active or culturally interested visitor.
