This holiday house built in 1998 and set in 2000 sqm grounds is situated just 25 m above the sea within view of Spiti Skaloma. Nearby is a little bay with a pebble beach which is reached by a partially surfaced private path. Spiti Delphin has a large living room with air conditioning and an open fireplace. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and has a service hatch connecting through to the dining room. The kitchen leads out onto the covered veranda, which invites you to cosy get-togethers on the built-in corner benches at the thick olive wood table. The three bedrooms are bright and friendly. One has air-conditioning, which in summer is especially useful for families with small children. Some of the rooms have beautiful cut-marble floors, laid following the methods of traditional Byzantine craftsmen.
In front of the living room is a large forecourt with a semi-circular shade-canopy, bordered by flower beds and adjacent to the 4 x 9 m pool. The seating area just above the swimming bay, is particularly fine. It has been made from the original stones from an old threshing mill and has a large round stone table in the middle. From here the magnificent views reach far out over the sea as far as Loutraki and Corinth. Taverns are close by and shopping facilities are available in Perachora. We recommend hiring a car.
