Villa Ilioupolis is situated in an enchanting position on Kokkina Hill on the south coast of the island of Syros. With its striking colour scheme of terracotta and cobalt blue, this holiday home harmonises perfectly with the tones of the earth and the sky. The discerning choice of furnishings give the house a very special ambience. The villa complex is divided into three separate living units. The main house consists of a large living room (100 sq. m.) with a fireplace, an integrated kitchen, and a separate bedroom for two guests. The two guest houses, connected to the main house by terraces, offer further accommodation for six people.
Each house has its own bathroom with shower. The three spaciously laid out terraces offer a magnificent panorama and a fabulous view of Finika Bay. The 14 m long pool provides not only a refreshing oasis from the summer heat but can also be used to help you stay fit. The beach, as well as the nearest restaurant, are only a 5 - 10 minute walk away. If required, service can be arranged at additional costs payable on site.
