Casa Capon, located on the east coast of Majorca, offers splendid views across the wild Majorcan macchia down to the sea. There is a large living room with french windows opening to a covered terrace and the pool area. A fully equipped kitchen with an american freezer makes cooking comfortable. In the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, which share one bathroom. In the upper floor, there is another bathroom and a large airconditioned bedroom. Additionally, there is a huge sun deck to withdraw and relax. Interior and exterior fire places are not operating and only for decoration.
Casa Capon has a well kept typical mediterranean garden with lots of trees and plants. Hidden in the garden, there is the Casita, which offers a fourth bedroom, a nice bathroom and a unique living area. So the Casita is ideal for the young people in the party travelling or to accomodate an Au Pair separately. Cala Murada and other nice sandy beaches are some 4 to 8 km away. The closest villages with restaurants, shops and supermarkets are within 10 minutes driving. In July and August there is a minimum rental period of 2 weeks.

Majorca with it's diversity and great number of cultural sights is one of the most interesting islands of the Mediterranean. The north-west with the craggy cliff line is characterised by the beautiful, green landscape of the Tramuntana mountains, which are covered with forests and orchards. In the east, however, there is a mellow landscape with mediterranean vegetation and many small bays which are perfect for families with children. The beach "Es Trenc" in the south reminds of the sand dunes of the island of Sylt. There is a vast choice of sports activities all year round: trekking, mountainbiking, golf, sailing, paragliding and much more. The capital of the island, Palma de Mallorca, is known for it's impressive cathedral. The narrow streets offer a number of shops and galleries. Majorca's nighlife is mainly limited to the adjacencies of Palma.
