This luxurious holiday home is set about 70 m above sea level and offers marvellous views of the bay and the Mediterranean Sea. The huge garden of more than 10.000 sqm in size is surrounded by a protecting wall and additionally secured by an electric gate. Several beautiful sandy beaches are within comfortable walking distance, tracks from the property directly lead there. This unspoiled area of the Italian coast line and the town of Maratea, a former Roman village, are a quiet tip, even to Italians. In high season guests can enjoy relaxing holidays here without the bustle of the mass. There are spacious rooms, which have been tastefully furnished and decorated with lots of charming details.
From every bedroom one has stunning views over the sea. Three of them have their own bathroom ensuite, only two in the upper floor share a bathroom. A preferred place surely is the main terrace, which is comfortably equipped with wooden furniture and surrounded by a variety of flowers. In Maratea there is a marina meeting international standards and offering all kinds of water sports. On advance order and at supplemental costs a motor-boat is at the guests disposal.
