From the raised terracing and pool area at the back there are incredible views down the valley to the sea and huge mountain panoramas all round. There are 4 large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms sleeping a maximum of 8 people.
Each bedroom has its own terrace with table and chairs and views of the sea and mountains. The large living room with fireplace and direct access to the garden is the center of this tasteful vacation villa. Built at the same time as Punta de S`Aguila, Terra Rotja is furnished in a similar style and also has many different areas outside to enjoy the Mediterranean sun. The bay of Cala de son Bunyola with it`s rocky and shingle beach can be reached in a few minutes on foot by a small path. Shops and restaurants are to be found in Banyalbufar and Esporles.

Majorca with it's diversity and great number of cultural sights is one of the most interesting islands of the Mediterranean. The north-west with the craggy cliff line is characterised by the beautiful, green landscape of the Tramuntana mountains, which are covered with forests and orchards. In the east, however, there is a mellow landscape with mediterranean vegetation and many small bays which are perfect for families with children. The beach "Es Trenc" in the south reminds of the sand dunes of the island of Sylt. There is a vast choice of sports activities all year round: trekking, mountainbiking, golf, sailing, paragliding and much more. The capital of the island, Palma de Mallorca, is known for it's impressive cathedral. The narrow streets offer a number of shops and galleries. Majorca's nighlife is mainly limited to the adjacencies of Palma.
