This luxury rental villa has been tastefully and charmingly decorated in the Provencal style. It is located in a secured domaine, on the coastal road N98, which leads from Ste-Maxime to Port Grimaud. The pool is set aside of the villa in a separate level of the well kept, fully fenced garden. A single and a double bedroom, each with a bathroom en suite, are located on the souterrain with access to the garden. The single bedroom has a "gran lit" bed of 1,2 m in width - so it can be applicable as double bed for children.
On the entrance level with the large sun deck, from where one can enjoy marvellous views of St-Tropez, are one double bedroom with shower ensuite, the spacious living room, the separate dining room and the fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor, there is another double bedroom with a bathroom ensuite a balcony, offering beautiful views of the bay St-Tropez. Other rooms in the attic remain closed as they are the private quarters of the owners. A maid, who can superbly cook local food, can be booked upon prior arrangement and supplemental cost. The Ste-Maxime tennis club and the nearest beaches are within walking distance. The minimum rental period for this villa is 14 nights in July and August.
