The Farm House and adjacent Barn are located in a small village, surrounded by beautiful green, rolling hills. They are set in beautiful gardens of approximately 5000 sqm within an idyllic hamlet. The holiday houses can be rented separately or entirely. The barn is more than 400 years old. Maintaining their rustic style, the houses have been equipped with practical amenities, such as central heating, a sauna in each house, phone, fax and Sat-TV. In these properties high standards of design and comfort meet the countryside.

Yet, one is not isolated, because in the surrounding area there are golf courses, horse riding establishments, tennis courts, Nordic and alpine skiing, as well as hiking and biking trails. Within a short distance is the romantic River Danube where there are daily boat trips on offer. A heatable pool takes centre place within the fenced garden, and is shared between the two units. There are two bikes at the guests' disposal in order to explore the beautiful landscape surrounding the property. The Bavarian capital Munich with its beautiful atmosphere is easy to reach from here.

This low mountain range in the east of Bavaria is primarily known because of the National Park. In this area, nature is completely left to it's own resources, but can be discovered on various beautiful hiking and nature trails. The wildlife park is always worth a visit. Bears, wolves and lynxes as well as many native animals can be observed here. In the National Park house, one can learn a lot about flora and fauna. The Bavarian Forest, though, is much bigger than the centre zone of the national park. Forested rolling hills, as well as rocky mountain tops, for example on the Lusen, are waiting for visitors. There is a funicular to the top of the highest mountain of the Bavarian Forest, the "Großer Arber". From here, one can enjoy fantastic views and afterwards hike down to the lake "Kleiner Arbersee". Tourists in the Bavarian Forest should absolutely make an excursion to Passau. The city at the confluence of the rivers Danube, Inn and Ilz captivates by it's Italian flair with many small alleys and cosy squares. Furthermore, the world's largest organ pipe can be seen in the cathedral. A holiday in the Bavarian Forest is perfect for families with children. The kids will certainly have a lot of fun, observing wolves in the wildlife park, palpating pelts in the national park house, exploring moors on paths of wooden planks or manufacturing their own vases in a glass factory.
