This two storey holiday domicile is located in a detached and isolated position. It is part of Finca Son Bunyola, a huge estate with an old Manor house and three luxurious villas, surrounded by olive trees and Mediterranean forest. Overlooking the westcoast of the island of Mallorca, Punta de S´Aguila is set in prime position and it offers stunning panoramic views of the sea. It was built in Spanish style. The exclusive interieur of the villa meets highest expectations. Each one of the five airconditioned bedrooms is decorated individually and they all offer a marble ensuite bathroom. The masterbedroom in the first floor additionally has a fireplace and a separate dressing room.
The other bedrooms, located in the ground floor, all have French windows opening to a private terrace with access to the pool deck. Needless to mention that the kitchen is fully equipped. A chef and waiter service are included 6 days per week, laying and clearing table for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And daily room- and cleaning service, exept on sundays, is self evident. A villa manager is always on hand to assist the guests. There are two equivallent vacation villas on the premises, which can be rented with us as well. Please inquire. Within 10 minutes walking distance at the Cala de Son Bunyola there is a pebble beach offering clear waters for swimming and snorkeling. Tapa bars and restaurants are only a few kilometers away.

Majorca with it's diversity and great number of cultural sights is one of the most interesting islands of the Mediterranean. The north-west with the craggy cliff line is characterised by the beautiful, green landscape of the Tramuntana mountains, which are covered with forests and orchards. In the east, however, there is a mellow landscape with mediterranean vegetation and many small bays which are perfect for families with children. The beach "Es Trenc" in the south reminds of the sand dunes of the island of Sylt. There is a vast choice of sports activities all year round: trekking, mountainbiking, golf, sailing, paragliding and much more. The capital of the island, Palma de Mallorca, is known for it's impressive cathedral. The narrow streets offer a number of shops and galleries. Majorca's nighlife is mainly limited to the adjacencies of Palma.
