This vacation villa, held in the provence country house style, lies in the preserved and protected area of Parc de la Moutte. The domain consists of 30 villas. Access is restricted to the owners and the tenants. Two tennis courts, a large communal pool and a beach bar, which is open in high season, are available for all residents and tenants. The villa is set on a plot of appr. 1000 sqm and it consists of a drive way, a mediterranean garden with a large lawn and the private pool. The sandy beach Plage de Salins is only 150 m away.
A gate opens to this beach. The rooms are all on one floor. There is a fully equipped kitchen with separate entrance, a spacious living-/ dining area and five bedrooms. Each of them has it´s own bathroom. Beamed ceilings, terracotta floors and a charming decoration convey the mediterranean character of this holiday home. Weekly markets, shops and a vast choice of entertainment facilities are found in St-Tropez and the surrounding villages, such as Gassin and la Croix-Vallmer. Upon prior notice we can arrange for individual service.

The Ramatuelle peninsula has numerous attractions, such as the Pampelonne beach which is appr. 6 kilometers long, the traditional weekly markets in the charming La Croix Vallmer and Gassin and the Minuity winery, where world wide renown Rosé and redwines are produced. The golf courses of Beauvallon, Gassin and Ste-Maxim are nearby.
