This vacation estate is uniquely located on a hill in the middle of the typical Tuscan countryside. Archipettoli has a magnificent, panoramic view, extending on one side to the Appenines towards the Adriatic and on the other side in the direction of the Thyrrenian coast. The house, which has recently been renovated, has been furnished with a lot of care and good taste by the owner. The spacious bathrooms are luxuriously decorated, with marble in part. The old, wood-beamed ceilings and terracotta floors in the bedrooms give the house a very cosy atmosphere.
The comfortable living room has a TV and stereo system with CD-player. The kitchen is small by Tuscan standards, but equipped with all necessities. In the front of the house you will find an outdoor seating area covered with a pergola, that is ideal for having meals outdoors. In the hotter summer months, one can also sit and dine very comfortably under the archway next to the house entrance. Surrounding the pool, there is a lawn with sun loungers and sunshades. Extra service is available on request. The holiday house accommodates a maximum of six adults and three children.
