This unique studio is a spacious ground floor apartment with a tended structure of flats and villas. From the terrace one has direct access to an idyllic beach. The studio was totally renovated in 2004 by the new owners. They took the chance to furnish it nicely and to decorate charmingly. The sleeping area is separated by a medium height wall from the rest of the room.

Here, there is a queen size bed and a spacious wall wardrobe. From both, the living- and the sleeping area, sliding doors open to the large terrace with lounges which is only some few steps away from the beach. Cleaning service once per week is included in the rental price. Shops, supermarkets, taverns and restaurants are nearby in Porto Heli.

This part of the largest Greek peninsula is definitely to be recommended for those who wish to combine visiting the most important Greek cultural sites with relaxing beach holidays. Here one has a unique blend of history and legends, together with some of the most diverse and interesting landscapes of Greece. Splendid white beaches (where it is usually still warm enough to bathe in October), green valleys with olive, fig and citrus groves and densely forested mountainsides are to be found here. The atmosphere of ancient and classical splendour can still be felt all over the Peloponnese, but especially at sites such as Mycenae, Sparta and Argos. In summer, Porto Heli with it`s international charme is especially famous for it`s water sport facilities. One has a vast choice of activities, for example boat trips to the Saronic Islands of Spestes, Hydra, Poros and Aigina.
