Enjoying complete privacy, this holiday house is situated behind a gated entrance in the outskirts of the city of Perugia. It is an ideal position to explore the beautiful sights of Umbria, which is known as the "Green Heart of Italy". The premises are fully fenced. It offers splendid views from three terraces (one is equipped with a table and seating for 8) and a swimming pool. The interiors have been recently restored and feature many of the structures original elements, as well as new modern conveniences. On the ground floor, there is a living room with fireplace, a dining room with seating for 8 people and fireplace, plus a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher.

Also one bathroom is situated on the ground floor. On the upper floor there are two queen-size bedrooms with ensuite bathroom each. Two additional twin-bedded rooms, situated in another wing, can be added. These bedrooms share a bathroom with tub and shower. All bathrooms have heated towel racks. There is a laundry room with WC at the back of the house; it has an exterior entrance. Cooking and individual service can be arranged upon request. Nearest restaurants and supermarkets are located in Montelaguardia and in Perugia.

Umbria, with its olive groves and gently rolling, vine-covered hills, is the green heart of Italy. Here, Italian tradition, art and history belong to everyday life. Cities such as Perugia, Assisi, Orvieto, Gubbio, Spello and Todi transfer the visitor back to the Renaissance or the Middle Ages. In the countryside one often unexpectedly stumbles across grandiose Etruscan graves, Roman bridges or ancient ruins. The landscape is full of diversity, whether its charming and cheerful, or rough and ready. Sampling the excellent cuisine and famous Umbrian wines should not be missed.
