This holiday home is situated at the foothills of the Altas Mountains in the fabled Ourika Valley just 32 km (25 minutes drive) from Marrakesh. It is set within 60 acres of beautiful gardens and olive and orange groves. It was built to be used all year round; there is a fully functional central heating system and wood burning fireplaces for the winter months. The interior of the Villa is set around a cloistered courtyard with a fountain, trees and plants, providing shade, flowers and the scent of jasmin. The main reception rooms are large and elegant, comprising a drawing room, dining room and library all furnished to preserve the feeling of a private comfortable family residence which the Villa remains. The drawing room leads out into a beautifully maintained garden at the center of which is a white mosaic pool (25m x 12m) with a pavilion at one end containing changing rooms and a central dining area.
The holiday domicile can sleep comfortably up to ten persons in a suite of rooms upstairs, including a master suite with it`s own terrace and external staircase, and two independent guest suites entered from the courtyard. The upstairs rooms, elegantly and comfortably furnished, have stunning views over the Ourika Valley and the Atlas Mountains in the distance. The family has a long-serving staff, both in the Villa and in the garden, which includes a full time cook.

Morocco is Northafrica's westernmost country. In the north and west, the Atlantic Ocean forms a natural border, while in the south and east, mountains separate the country from neighbouring Algeria. Morocco is full of scenic contrasts. The mighty Atlas mountains, very close to Marrakesh, are particularly impressive. Marrakesh itself, with its oriental charm and its souks, typical markets with a vast variety of goods, attracts many visitors. Due to the number of architecturally important buildings, amongst others the Koutoubia mosque from 1162 and the Kasbah from the 12th century, the Old Town has been declared UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visiting Morocco's royal cities will be an unforgettable impression as well. The beaches in the country's west melt into endless deserts, and, finally, into the Sahara. In Morocco, there are winter sports resorts just like in Europe as well as fruitful oases and wine-growing regions. Our luxury holiday homes are located in Marrakesh and in the Atlas Mountains.
