Located near the beach of Nea Dimata village, 15 km from Polis, this holiday villa offers magnificent views to Polis Bay and Akamas Peninsula. It is surrounded by a large garden with Mediterranean trees, plants and flowers. Facing the seaside, there is a 5x10 m pool with large pooldeck, where one can relax and enjoy a spectacular sunset. Sandy and pebble beaches are only some 80 m away from the house. The living room and the bedrooms have an integrated airconditioning-/heating system, so one can enjoy his stay here in summer as well as in early spring and late fall, when the temperatures during the nights can drop down below 10 degrees centigrade.
French doors open from the dining area to the large and partly covered terrace and the pooldeck. One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor which makes the house suitable for disabled guests. Grocery stores are found in the nearby village of Nea Dimata. Supermarkets, typical fish tavernas and bars are in Polis and Latchi. The luxury hotel Anassa is only 25 km away offering some of the most recommended restaurants on the whole island – we advise for early reservation for dinner. Due to the detached location, a rental car is a must.
