This luxury holiday villa is situated on a south-facing hillside with a fabulous, panoramic view of the Gulf of St. Tropez as well as Grimaud´s windmill and old castle. The villa overlooks Gassin, Croix Valmer, Cogolin and the whole southern mountain chain. Its fantastic southern aspect allows you to enjoy sitting in the sun on the terrace or by the swimming pool (4.5m x 11m) until Christmas. A caretaker looks after the well-maintained garden as well as the day to day requirements around the villa.
