This idyllic country house has direct access to the famous Wörthersee in Southern Austria. A large terrace, nicely equipped with teak furniture and sunshades, faces the lake. One will find a tastefully selected decoration, costly restored wooden furniture combined with modern peaces and artificial lighting throughout the house. Some of the lovingly details are a hand crafted fireplace as well as selected fabrics in the bedrooms and livingrooms. Last but not least there are beautiful tiles on the sea level floors and cosy wooden floors in the bedrooms. Alltogether, this creates an elegant ambience. In summer the lake invites for swimming and all kinds of watersports facilities are being offered nearby.
But also in winter guests have many opportunities here: one may take advantage of the numerous skiing centres, which are some 30-40 mimutes driving away. Carinthia´s ski mountains are said to have perfect snow conditions until late april. A sauna can be used all year around. Guests interested in art and culture also will have a vast choice in the nearby towns of Villach and Klagenfurt. Also the city of Graz is really worth a visit and only about 1,5 hours of driving away.
