In expansive 2800 sqm park-like grounds at Cap Negret, surrounded by palms, Mediterranean plants and tall pine trees lies the architecturally striking holiday home Villa Colina. The vacation villa is reached through the grounds of Club Stella Maris, where the recreation areas, such as tennis courts and restaurants are available to our guests. One has a splendid views of the coast and of San Antonio from the garden and the terraces. The vacation house is comfortably furnished in Spanish rustic style, and offers conveniences such as telephone, fax, satellite television and a stereo unit. Each bedroom has an adjacent, recently renovated bathroom. The covered terrace, which connects to the living room, has a dining table and also a billiard table standing in a sheltered corner. On the 1st floor, one finds a large terrace which has a view, and, with its awning, offers a soothing shade in the hot summer months.

An especially wonderful panorama can be enjoyed from the roof terrace. The 13 x 5 m swimming pool nestles romantically in the garden, near the guesthouse. This is also available for rental. For a change of scenery, one can visit the port town of San Antonio. There, you will find much to do and see with comprehensive sport and entertainment programs, a supermarket, boutiques, restaurants and doctors. Both bathing bays, Cala Gracio and Cala Gracioneta, with their sandy beaches, are reached in 10 minutes on foot.
