This charming holiday home lies in the suburbs of the village Béziers, in the lovely valley of the river Orb with its beautiful landscape. A large garden of 10.000 sqm surrounds the house. A road connecting two small villages passes by the grounds at a distance of appr. 50 meters; traffic can occasionally be heard when sitting in the garden. From here one has great views of the ancient historic centre of the town and its impressive cathedral, which is lit up in the evenings. About 2.500 sqm around the holiday house and the pool area consist of a cultivated garden with a variety of flowers, bushes and old trees. The entrance hall leads to the large salon with a dominant fireplace. French doors open to the garden and the terrace with an old, shadowy plane. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, which have direct access to the garden.
The kitchen is well equipped and also from here a door opens to a partly covered terrace, which is only a few steps away. It connects to the pool (4,5 x 11 m in size ) area. There is a pool house with a summer kitchen, a barbeque and a shower. On the first floor there is a living-/bedroom and a gallery with a TV. Many interesting sites, beautiful beaches, shops, good wineries and excellent restaurants in Béziers and the neighbouring villages offer vast opportunities to enjoy the French way of living. The owner is per friendly and guests may bring one dog.
