Maison de la Mer is a 2-story holiday house located directly above the sea in a residential area near Le Pradet. The beach can be reached in 2 minutes via an external staircase. The ground floor is rented to a teacher who speaks French, English and German. She will gladly assist guest wanting to receive information about restaurants, exhibitions and cultural events. The upper floor (100 sqm), the garden, and swimming pool (4 x 8 m) are for the exclusive use of the guests. The living room is decorated tastefully with valuable furniture and paintings.
The living room, dining room, and kitchen all have sliding doors that open onto the terrace. There is a beautiful sea view. All bedrooms overlook the garden. Two bedrooms have direct access to the garden, which is equipped with table and chairs. From here, one reaches the pool with sun loungers and parasol. There is no washing machine available at Maison de la Mer, but there is a laundry in the village of Le Pradet. No linen can be provided in Maison de la Mer, please bring your own bed linen. Towels will be brought weekly. Additional service can be booked on site. Many sports activities, such as roller-skating, biking, tennis, water sports, and golf are available in Le Garde, 10 km away. Le Pradet (10 min. walk) also offers plenty of shopping and excellent restaurants.
