Surrounded by mature woodland, the holiday home Villa Presforet is situated only a few minutes walk away from the medieval fortress village of Biot. This 17th century house was completely renovated in 1992. The well-tended garden has a generously-sized swimming pool (6 x 12m) fitted with the latest in modern pool equippment, i.e. chemical free water, and plenty of cosy and comfortable spots to sit. From the terrace on the first floor, one can enjoy the magnificent panoramic sea view as far as Cap Antibes and Baie des Anges. On the garden level, one finds a large salon (living room), the dining room and the kitchen. All the rooms have direct access to the garden, which is 3000 sqm in size.
On the entrance level, a small television room with an open fireplace (decoration only) and two sofa beds leads into a spacious bedroom with a large terrace, dressing room and bathroom. On the other side of the entrance, there are stairs leading up to a further double bedroom and bathroom with shower. There is a separate entrance located next to the main entry where one finds a third double bedroom with a bathroom and terrace. The one bedroom apartment, decorated in French-provincial country style, accommodates 2 - 3 people, and is totally separate from the main house.
