This small and comfortable holiday house built in the typical style of the Cyclades is a terrace house belonging to a small, well-kept facility of holiday homes and offers a unique panoramic view over the port of Parikia, the main town of Paros. The swimming pool (9 x 5 m) is surrounded by a sunny terrace. There is a small summer kitchen. From the living room, two different covered terraces can be reached, one with a comfortable sitting area, the other one with a dining-table. The interior of the house is stylish and functional.
Because of the house being situated on a slope, all the bedrooms are on the lower floor. For that reason, no aircondition is neccessary. Going to the sandy beach Marcellos takes about 5 minutes by car. There are several tavernas and one can rent sun beds and sunshades. Within the season, there is a permanent shuttle boat from Krios to Parikia. Thus it is not necessary to drive all around the bay to go shopping or to have dinner. Nevertheless, it is recommendable to rent a car in order to discover the beautiful island and its sights.
