Villa Cassar is located in a quiet area of the quaint village of Ghasri in the North of Gozo. It is part of a row of houses, which is typical for the Maltese architecture, and offers beautiful views on the picturesque landscape. The villa is of high quality and combines modern comfort with traditional design. On the ground floor, the property comprises of an open plan living room with fireplace and a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with dining table for 8 persons, both rooms overlooking the indoor pool. The double bedroom on the ground floor has a bath with shower/WC ensuite. A stone staircase leads up to the first floor level with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two of the bathrooms are ensuite. The large balcony offers a panoramic view on the valley down to the seaside. The villa's outdoor area is well kept, the terrace and pool is tastefully furnished. The curved outdoor pool with Jacuzzi and the indoor pool are interconnecting from June to Mid October. During the rest of the year a shutter separates the pools and the indoor pool then is heated. There is a sauna for common use for all guests of the housing complex. The next beach is in a distance of 3 km, the most beautiful sandy beach of the island Ramia Bay is 5 km away. Various lovely sandy and pebble beaches with peculiar rock formations can be found all around Gozo. Nearest shopping facilities and restaurants can be reached in less than a kilometre. The ferry from Malta to Gozo takes about 30 minutes.
