Villa Levante is a well-kept holiday domicile set on top of a hillside outside Parikia. There are beautiful panoramic views onto the town and the sea. Guests can look at the ships and ferries entering or leaving the harbour and enjoy the unforgettable sunsets. Villa Levante is built in traditional Cycladic style and provides all comfort for a relaxing holiday. The master bedroom and the living room have air condition, all the other rooms have fans. All bedrooms have an own bathroom en suite and direct access to the pool terrace - even from the bedroom on the upper floor there is an outside stair leading down onto the pool terrace. A large play and computer room is equipped with two sofa beds, suitable as bedroom for children or young adults. Doors lead to the utility room with washing machine and to the spacious pool terrace and well-kept garden. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens to the living room and to a terrace with built-in BBQ. Maid service is on Wednesday and Saturday, extra service on request at additional costs. Shopping facilities, restaurants and beautiful sandy beaches are all within a few minutes drive.
