Villa Caminata is one of the villas of Murlo Estate. Its name "Caminata" originates from the chimneys in the house. The most spectacular element of the villa is its lush garden with more than 3000 plants that bloom at different times of the year. The villa has an incredible view over the Umbrian hills and the hilltop Golf Course of Antognolla. The spacious and elegant living room has French doors leading onto the terrace next to the pool. Garden furniture, sun beds, sun chairs, sofas and an outdoor dining table for 12 persons are at the guests' disposal. The villa consists of a main building and of a small cottage within the garden. The main house can accommodate 10 people inside 5 spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The cottage has a double bedroom, a bathroom and a small lounge with kitchenette. It can be booked separately for short stays and weekends if the villa is not rented out. The 18-hole championship golf course of Antognolla with golf clubhouse and restaurant facilities also belongs to Murlo Estate. Robert Trent Jones Jr. has designed it and it is only 5 minutes away by golf cart. Guests get 20% green fee commission. Cook and butler service is available on request. 6 x per week cleaning service is included in the rate.
