Each apartment ist about 23 sqm and features one fold-away sofa bed for one person, a desk, television, radio and a bathroom with shower/WC. One apartment is also equipped with a kitchenette, containing a microwave oven and refridgerator. Large French windows open onto the garden. A stairway leads to the 65 sqm large first floor. It contains a living room, the masterbedroom, a bathroom with bathtub/WC and a fully equipped kitchen with washing mashine and dish washer.
