Finca Can Jordi is located on the southeast coast of Majorca, close to Santanyi and Alqueria Blanca, set in an almost untouched scenery. The property is about 20.000 sqm and fenced in with a natural stonewall. The holiday finca is furnished in a well-kept Majorcan country house style and is divided into main house and guesthouse, connected by a roofed patio. The finca's main house has a spacious living area with stone fireplace, a dining room, which leads into the high quality kitchen, as well as various equipment rooms. The master bedroom with dressing room and big marble bathroom with shower/tub/WC is situated on the upper floor and offers beautiful views. This bedroom features of an aircondition, which costs 10€ per day extra. Two more spacious bed rooms with shower/WC are located in the guesthouse, one offers a fireplace, and both have direct access to the garden and to the pool.

The exterior is well maintained and offers roofed sitting and dining areas, where the meals can be taken. A covered patio at the entrance is sheltered from the wind and, hence, can be used all year round as an outdoors sitting area. A pool house has been built next to the kidney shaped pool. Equipped with bar, fridge, sink, sitting area, TV connection, shower and WC the pool house is the perfect place for relaxing in the shade on hot summer days. Santanyi and Alqueria Blanca with the famous restaurant Es Clos as well as the idyllic bays of Cala Mondrago are in a 5 minutes drive.

The beach "Es Trenc" in the south reminds of the sand dunes of the island of Sylt. On the weekly Majorcan marketsin the villages one can find a great variety of local products. The capital of the island, Palma de Mallorca, is known for it's impressive cathedral.
