Finca Can Joshua was newly decorated recently and is tastefully furnished in Majorcan style. It is the ideal holiday domicile for those who want to combine stylish comfort with undisturbed rest. The well-kept garden is terraced with shade-giving trees, furnished terraces with a lemon and an orange grove, dining area for ten persons, a patio sheltered from the wind with another dining table as well as a beautiful pool with water overflow. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 spacious living rooms on the ground floor, 1 separate dining area and 5 bedrooms, all with bathroom en-suite. Next to the masterbedroom there is a spacious dressing room/walk-in closet. All rooms are equipped with ventilating fans, three rooms have mosquito nets over the bed. In a separate small building Finca Can Joshua offers an air-conditioned fitness room to the guests. 4 hours of daily service is included in the price of the Finca; additional hours can be arranged separately. The staff of the finca lives in a separate apartment on the ground floor. Finca Can Joshua is located between Alqueria Blanca and Santanyi, the nearest shops and restaurants are within 5 minutes drive, the golf course of Val d'Or within 15 minutes. As per prior notice and upon booking in advance a motor yacht is available at a daily rate of EUR 1.850,00 (inclusieve of the skipper, exclusive of fuel).
