The beautiful Villa Aristeos lies on a hill in the midst of the charming Cyclades island Kea. It offers a magnificent, unobstructed view of the surroundings, the Aegean Sea and the neighbouring islands Kythnos and Andros. The house is personally decorated with tasteful accessories and meticulous attention to detail. Here is noticeable that their owners also use Villa Aristeos as a holiday home. Especially the kitchen is remarkably well equipped with the most modern devices and has all utensils needed by guests to prepare a tasty Greek meal. The villa has 2 buildings, separated by a terrace: in one building there is the open, comfortable living area. From there steps lead up to the dining area and kitchen. In the second building there are the bedrooms: 3 double bedrooms each with own bathroom and access to the terrace. One of the rooms has an open gallery with an extra bed. Another, separate double bedroom with bath and views of the landscape is situated next to the pool and is accessible only from the terrace.
The outdoor area is spacious with L-shaped pool, a covered dining area for 12 people and several terraces with lounge chairs and sofa for relaxing. On the 5 hectares of land around the mansion, there are olives, grapes and oak trees. Shops and restaurants are in 5 minutes driving distance. Cleaning every second day and linen change are included in the price of the villa. From Lavrion on the mainland to Kea there are ferries several times per day. The crossing takes about 1 hour.
