Villa Stone House, originally a “canava, was once used to produce the sweet nectar-like and typical Santorini dessert-wine “Vinsanto”. It has been newly renovated and can be described as as small treasure. Two cylindrical troughs, once used for distilling wine have been preserved to make unusual interior light features. Villa Stone House has one open-plan room, which serves as a double bedroom and sitting room, with a small kitchenette to the front of the villa. The bathroom is spacious and designed in Marrocan style. The enclosed cobbled courtyard has a private plunge pool with four massage jets and can also be used as Jacuzzi.
The charming Villa Stone house is just a 150 m stroll up a footpath to the central square of Megalochori. It is the perfect location for a couple looking for a small, traditional and uniquely Santorinian home on the island. The rates of the villa include one 5-seat rental car, escort service and luggage assistance upon arrival and departure as well as daily housekeeping (2 hours) and concierge service. Grocery shopping service, delivery and private catering service is possible on request.
