This luxurious designer villa is located in the west of the island, close to the mountain Colle des Vent and Cala Tarida. The modern architecture with the room-high doors, the stylish interior and the panoramic views grant a fantastic ambience to the villa. All the rooms of the main building can be reached through the centrally located hallway of the house. There are three bedrooms in the main house, with shower/WC ensuite, as well as a spacious master bedroom with a luxurious marble bathroom/WC. All the bedrooms offer access to the pool deck, that is layed out with teakwood. From the deck one can enjoy the fabiulous views of the coast and the ocean.
Sliding doors separate the modern kitchen from an inviting terrace with a large dining table. The living room also features an exit to the pool and sun deck. The house is equipped with the most modern technology. There is a large screen TV with a satelite connection, a central Dolby Surround System with speakers in all the rooms as well as Wi-Fi. The fifth bedroom is located in the outbuilding as an independent suite with a kitchenette, a living room and a double bedroom with bath/WC. Shopping facilities can be found in San José. Beautiful sandy beaches as well as excellent restaurants in Cala Moli and Cala Tarida are just a short drive away.
