Villa Helena is situated on the southern peninsula of Antiparos. It bribes with its splendid location and the amazing views of the sea and the neighbouring island Paros. It is part of an ensemble, which consists of four buildings. There is Villa Helena with its guesthouse and the owner´s villa and it´s adjoining guesthouse. The owners spend their holidays on the island as well and use the pool during their vacation. The villa is furnished very tastefully with bright colors, which dominate the design of the interior and of the decoration to emphasize the Mediterranean ambience.
On the ground floor one can find the living room with fireplace, the open plan kitchen, a guest WC as well as a double bedroom with ensuite facilities. The master bedroom with its own bathroom, along with a large sun terrace is located on the first floor. The other two bedrooms, each with a bathroom ensuite and access to the garden and the utility room are located in the lower floor. The guesthouse is about 20 meters away from the main house. It possesses a spacious living room with a pull-out sofa, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower/WC. Villa Helena features its private exterior facilities with ample terraces, and they are fully independent from the property of the owners. The closest beach is only 100 meters away from the villa. There is a caretaker that attends to the guests and their well-being. Guests will be met at the port of Antiparos and escorted to the house. The preparation of breakfast and of a light lunch are included in the price as well as room service on weekdays. Additional service, like baby sitting, are at supplemental cost and will settled directly with the custodian. The closest tavernas are located in Soros, about 2 kilometers away from the villa. Supermarkets, cafés and restaurants can be found in Antiparos town. The whole property including the owner's villa can be rented on request.
