Spiti Almyra with its exceptional location offers spectacular views on the deep blue water of the Aegean Sea and the Chora of the island with the impressive monastery. The house is situated on a 400 sqm hillside-property with several terraces. Spiti Almyra has been built in Cycladic style and offers all comfort. In the upper floor there is a spacious living room with adjoining open kitchen as well as three bedrooms connected by a corridor. A fourth bedroom is in the lower part of the house and has a separate entrance from the lower terrace. The laundry room with washing machine is behind this room.
The peace and tranquillity of the islands´ small villages create a comfortable atmosphere. There are beautiful, natural and clean beaches on the island. The nicest ones are accessible only by taxi boat. In the evening the life takes place in the Chora. In summer one can meet people from all over the world who appreciate the beauty of the island. Small shops offer jewellery and art craft, in small chic boutiques the current collection of Italian designers can be purchased. There are no discos or clubs on Folegandros, but therefore very trendy taverns. Daily ferries with speed boots connect Folegandros with Piraeus and Santorini. Or one charters a helicopter for very quick and comfortable arrivals.
