When the massive iron gate slides aside to give access to the property, one becomes aware of the stunning location of this extraordinary holiday villa. Everything here is grand - always a bit more than one would expect. Due to the sloping grounds, the rooms in the two buildings are on three different levels. The entrance level of the main house hosts the spacious lounge with fire place and an adjacent dining area. Next to that, the well equipped kitchen is located. It has a cosy sitting area outside, where breakfast can be enjoyed. In the upper level of the main house, there are two bedrooms, each with shower en suite. One of the bedrooms has a balcony, from which one has stunning views of the sea and the offshore island of Spetses.
The guest house also has two floors. One double bedroom with balcony and shower en suite is located just opposite of the entrance of the main house, whereas the other two double bedrooms are at pool level. Each of them has a separate entrance from the pool deck. There are sun loungers and shades at the pool deck. Next to the pool, there is a shaded summer kitchen with BBQ and an impressive marble table with plenty space for 10 persons. Having dinner here and watching the sundown is an experience of its own. The owners have a passion for beauty and extraordinary. This states in many details: the walls are painted in warm colors with special technique. Also the bathrooms are held colorful with a specific painting method. The top quality interior in Provence style and tasteful decoration creates a cosy atmosphere. Technically, the villa provides contemporary amenities. There is a central heating, AC in each bedroom, Sat-TV, DVD, an I-POD docking station, music at the pool deck and much more. Twice a week, a maid comes to clean and change linen and towels. Upon prior notice, she can come more often to shop the groceries, to prepare breakfast or dinner. The pool man and gardener come regularly to attend the premises. Shops, supermarkets and very good tavernas are just five minutes driving away in Porto Heli. The area is well known for it´s nice beaches and clear water.
