This sun-flooded holiday house is located in a unique and quiet position within a well kept garden. The rental villa points to the west in view of the scenic landscape of the Northern bank of Lake Chiemsee (no view onto the lake). The charming home away from home offers a cosy atmosphere. The detailed design expresses rural exclusivity, yet not yodeler-like. The villa comprises of a tasteful decoration with a lot of matured timber, old wooden doors from Spain, authentic cotto floors from a Spanish monastery (with floor heating in the entire house) as well as first-class fitments like original chests and high-value Italian furniture.
Lake Chiemsse is just three minutes walking away. The clear water invites to swim in the lake. Grocery shops and bakeries are in the village of Breitbrunn. Lots of attractions are to be explored in the nearby area, such as the islands of Frauenchiemsee and Herrenchiemsee. Renown towns like Ruhpolding, Reit im Winkel or Inzell are within one hour driving away. The attractive cities of Salzburg and Munich can be reached either by car or by train.

Chiemsee
Upper Bavaria is famous in the whole world – as the land of castles and lakes, of beer and "Gemütlichkeit". Well-known sights like the fairy-tale castle of Neuschwanstein, the Chiemsee with it's two islands and the castle of Herrenchiemsee and, last but not least, the Oktoberfest, attract visitors from all around the world. But those who take their time can discover even more. Whether it is a boat trip on the Starnberger See and a visit to the Buchheim Museum, a walking-tour to the monastery of Andechs with stop at the famous beer garden or enjoying the view of the Tegernsee valley from the mountain Wallberg - Bavaria has a lot to offer. There are numerous activities for families, for example luging at the Blomberg mountain, several deer parks and zoos or water parks like the Alpamare in Bad Tölz. Bavaria's capital, Munich, is well worth seeing. The famous Frauenkirche (Church of Our Lady), the City Hall with it's carillon, the former king's palace or the artist and nightlife district of Schwabing are waiting to be discovered.
