After three years of hard work, this beautiful brickstone vacation villa completed restoration in 2006. The hilltop position allows one to dominate the soft surrounding hills and valleys with the occasional sparse farmhouse off in the distance. The holiday house is reached by 1.25 kms of good dirt track. The property is surrounded by a well kept, carefully tended garden with automatic irrigation and it is planted with trees, shrubs, lawns and lots of flowers. The grounds are totally fenced in to afford complete privacy and the fences have been hidden behind shrubbery so as to not take anything away from the charme of the garden. The pool is kept clean by a natural system utilising salt and natural filtering systems to avoid the unpleasantness of chlorine.
The swimming pool is set about 50 m away from the house. In the section of the garden that faces north, at the rear of the Villa, is a hanging garden with terrace and two symmetrical paved stone and grass walkways that lead down to an area with barbecue, table and benches, all done in stone. Between the main house and the pool is a brick building, which is much smaller than the Villa. It hosts a cellar and laundry room at ground floor. Only the cleaning lady has access to this facilities. She will take care of one´s laundry, if required. The holiday home comprises 6 bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. On the upper floor there are two double bedrooms and a spacious suite with a studio. Another twin bedded room can be accessed only through the suite. S.Ippolito and Barchi are both at 5 kms and offer small supermarkets and basic facilities. Fossombrone at 12 kms offers all services and shops. The closest town is at 3.5 kms and it hosts a brilliant restaurant with typical meals of the Marche region. If required, meals can also be delivered directly to the house. Mandatory maid service is provided three hours three times weekly and costs Euro 120 per week which is to be payed on site. Cooking service on request for Euro 15 per hour. Pets are not allowed.

Marche
The Marche has remained relatively unknown to outsiders. Travellers searching for an authentic Italian experience have recently discovered this region. In the middle of Italy, between the Adria and the Apennin, lies the Marche with 180 km coast, breathtaking beaches, quaint towns and art treasures. Like its well known neighbours, Tuscany and Umbria, the Marche offers visitors the opportunity to experience the diversity of Italy. Travellers interested in culture won´t be disappointed with 265 museums and cultural centers like Pesaro, Urbino, Macerata and Ascoli Piceno, and galleries with artwork from Raffael, Piero della Francesca and Tizian. Visitors will be fascinated by the Riviera´s 7000 palm trees and the Riviera del Conero´s white chalk stone and imposing rock formations. The mountain terrain with rivers and small, lush plains offers hikers unique experience. The peak of Sibillini Mountains is covered with snow through late spring. The spectacular Furlo-Gorge was once used as a path through the mountains.
