The reed covered holiday home is located on a 1000 sqm plot of land in a nature reserve, only 50 meters away from the beach of the Baltic Sea. The house is tastefully and fashionably furnished. The interior is held in an elegant Ralph Lauren blue and white style with a discreet and variable lighting. The kitchen is luxurious with a spacious refrigerator with ice maker, wine refrigerator, dish washer and a built in high-end, fully automatic coffee maker. There is a barbecue on the terrace. The bathrooms are treated with a Marmorino fettling method and flaged with marmoreal tiles. The sauna possesses its own little terrace, that is covered with reed and offers space to relax, a warm outdoor shower and direct access to the garden and the beach. Thus, one can connect a sauna session and a refreshing swim in the Baltic Sea.

The extensive exterior facilities comprise of three terraces with various seating and deck furniture and a beach chair where one can relax. Thus, everyone will find a spot to unwind and recover. The property is fenced in and not visible from the outside due to its many bamboo plants. For those searching activities, there is a wide range on offer. A 18-hole golf course, a public seawater pool and a big marina are close by, where one can charter a motor or a sailing boat. Right along the beach there is a 20 km trail that is very suitable for biking and skating. In the nearby town of Schöneberg visit the gym with its tennis, sqash and badminton courts. Right in front of the house it is possible to swim, surf, dive or kayak. The watersports station is only 300 meters away. People who like horseback riding will find many horse stables in the near environment. Shopping facitlities can be found abundantely in the nearby towns and cities. There are restaurants of all categories, from the popular food stall in Laboe up to noble and chic restaurants in Kiel. Selected red and white wines are always available at the in-house wine refrigerator, as well as all kinds of soft drinks. The payment for the final cleaning, the fee for brining a pet and the consumption of the beverages will be made at departure. This holiday villa is a non-smoking house.

The Baltic Sea certainly is one of the most popular holiday destinations in Germany. Besides long sandy beaches, interesting towns like Stralsund, Lübeck and Wismar are waiting for visitors. Hamburg, Schwerin and Rostock are also within easy reach. The island of Rügen is famous for it's impressive chalk cliffs. Just like the two other large islands in the Baltic Sea, Usedom and Fehmarn, Rügen is connected with the main land by a driveway. The region Fischland-Darß-Zingst, which in parts belongs to the national park "Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft", is also very intersting. Although these three islands grew together to one large, sickle-shaped peninsula hundreds of years ago, they still differ in landscape and partly even in culture. Activities like sunbathing, biking, long walks at the beach or bird watching are possible everywhere at the Baltic Sea and make a relaxing and diversified holiday out of a trip to this region.
