The surrounding area offers various leisure activities. Some of the most popular and very exclusive golf courses are located nearby; the Beuerberg golf course is only 4 km away. Lake Starnberg with its wide range of water sports activities is within easy reach by bicycle. With the typical warm Chinook winds, the Alps seem to be just as close as the lake, although they are some 40 km away. Trekking tours to the peaks of Benediktenwand, Brauneck, Rabenkopf, Herzogstand and Heimgarten are a challenge and worth a day trip. It only takes about 30 minutes to drive to Munich via the highway A95. The next train station is located in Wolfratshausen, only 10 km away. A parking space is available; you can even rent an additional parking space in the underground garage. Please note: smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment.
