The landmarked town Lluc Alcari is located at the north-west coast, 2 kilometers north of Deya. The tower and the adjoining house hail from the 15th century and used to be the summer residence of the archbishop of Palma. From the tower they fought the pirates and it is the only tower on Majorca that has not been captured by them. Once a person steps through the big gate of the property, one will end up in a large canopied entrance area with a shady dining table. The planted patio is arranged right behind it. From here one can reach the living and the dining area. Stereos for indoor and outdoor, many tapes and books are available at the house. The kitchen with all its machines and appliances is located in the adjoining cupola arch – between the indoor and outdoor dining area.

The bedroom and the ensuite bathroom, with shower and tub, can be reached over a perched staircase. The room is arranged like a living room, with an open fireplace, TV and stereo. From the 2x2 meter large bed one can see the ocean. There is a studio on the same level, from which one can get into the tower. From the desk one can enjoy the beautiful view over the sea. A small staircase leads up to the roof-deck with its four cosy lounge chairs and a table. The stunning views over the ocean are avaiable year round and during the summer one can enjoy the light breeze. A spiral staircase leads to the two guestrooms and another bathroom. In the upper room of the tower, 14 windows and crenels open up into all directions. It takes a 15-minute walk through a beautiful olive grove to get to the sea with its romantic cliff-lined coast. Due to the floor heating, the sense of well-being in the house is relaxing during both winter and summer. Only 2 kilometers away, the legendary artistic town Deya offers a multitude of brilliant restaurants and cafés.

Majorca
Majorca with it's diversity and great number of cultural sights is one of the most interesting islands of the Mediterranean. The northwest with the craggy cliff line is characterised by the beautiful, green landscape of the Tramuntana mountains, which are covered with forests and orchards. In the east, however, there is a mellow landscape with mediterranean vegetation and many small bays which are perfect for families with children. The beach "Es Trenc" in the south reminds of the sand dunes of the island of Sylt. There is a vast choice of sports activities all year round: trekking, mountainbiking, golf, sailing, paragliding and much more. On the weekly Majorcan marketsin the villages one can find a great variety of local products. The capital of the island, Palma de Mallorca, is known for it's impressive cathedral. The narrow streets offer a number of shops and galleries. Our fincas offer the perfect ambience to enjoy finca holidays on Majorca.
