Villa Rosita with its stunning seaview is situated on the hill "Capoberta" in Imperia. There are two more villas on the property, one is used by the owners themselves and the second is used as a holiday villa for the family. The villa is surrounded by a park with cypresses and palm trees. Due to the mild climate one can use the garden and the seating areas outside nearly all year round. When the evenings get colder, the fireplace in the living room at the ground floor makes an romantic atmosphere. On the ground floor there is also a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a dining room, a television room, a guest WC and an utility room with washing machine. The bed- and bathrooms are on the first and top floor. On the second floor there is also a second living room. For those who want to do sport even during their holidays there is a fitness room in the basement. Villa Rosita is tastefully furnished. The bedrooms are stocked with solid beds made of iron and partly with a selection of antiquities. Sitting on the terrace in front of the house one can enjoy a fascinating view over the sea. One can reach the sea within an 8-minute walk. The beaches are easy to reach by car (large parking areas) or by foot. There are peble as well as sandy beaches. A lot of nice restaurants and bars with a lovely atmosphere are around the habour Spianata Borgo Peri and Calata Cuneo. The seats outside can be used all year round. Within a walking distance of 10 minutes one can reach the city centre with a variety of shopping facilities.
