This unique luxurious villa is located in the same area as the other two Makria Miti villas, in the south of the island Paros, just a few minutes away from the pictorial little town Aliki. The villa was completed in spring-time 2009. It is situated above the ocean and, depending on the weather, offers a spectacular view to the neighbouring islands. It only takes a few minutes to walk to sandy bays. The houses are aproximately 30 meters away from each other and possess a broad terrace, a garden and a private pool in each case. The interior of the house leaves nothing to be desired. The good taste of the owner is reflected in every little detail. The entrance to the holiday residence is on the upper floor of the house, because it is built on a hillside. The living space and the master bedroom are arranged downstairs on the terrace level. Yoga courses and massages can be adjusted in the house and it is possible to rent a boat and captain to go out on a trip. A scuba diving school can be found in the nearby town Aliki. A maid will be at the guests´ disposal (Monday through Saturday four hours a day, two hours on Sunday), that also prepares breakfast and other meals if required. Shopping facilities, tavernas and restaurants are situated in Aliki, Pounda and Parikia.
