Casa Monte is situated in a remote position with panoramic views, approximately 7 km away from the palm beach of San Benedetto del Tronto. The country house with its separate dependance has been completely renovated and furnished in rustic style with characteristic furniture. The house with its large terrace is situated on a 5000 sqm piece of land with palms, olives, many flowers and herbs. One can enjoy phantastic views of the unspoiled nature of the Marches. The 100 sqm ground floor of the main house is characterized by four vaults made of terra-cotta. It is disposed into a dining area with large dining table, a living area with fireplace and comfortable seating and the kitchen that is separated by a glass wall. The kitchen with direct access to the large terrace is fully equipped. There is a toilet for guests in the entrance area.

You can reach the upper floor via an outside or an indoor staircase. Two spacious double bedrooms, each with shower/WC are on the upper floor. There is also a double bedroom for children with a 1,20 m bed. Furthermore there is another livingroom with fireplace and a utility room with washing machine and WC. There is plenty of place for two more persons in the dependance. The living and dining area and the sleeping area are separated by a paravent. There is a wrought-iron, antique bed in the dependance. It is fitted with its own kitchen with oven and refrigerator and with shower/WC. The dependance is nearby the main house and one can reach the lower level with pool, terrace and a shower/WC via a staircase. There is also a terrace in front of the dependance. The dependence will not be rented separately from the main house to guarantee absolute privacy.

The mountain terrain with rivers and small, lush plains offers hikers unique experience. The peak of Sibillini Mountains is covered with snow through late spring. The spectacular Furlo-Gorge was once used as a path through the mountains. Of course there are long stretches of sunny, sandy beaches, so it is easy to find a quiet, cosy spot to relax on a beach towel.
