This beautiful, spacious manor house is located on a hill in the middle of the Maremma between Siena and Grosseto. It offers panoramic views, which reach as far as to Monte Amiata, the highest mountain in Tuscany. The large garden with a swimming pool, set in detached position of the house, is perfect for families. The furniture of the house is very comfortable and expresses the owner´s classic taste. The spacious kitchen, held in Tuscan style, with large dining table is perfect for cooking. Next to the kitchen there is a lounge with fireplace and Sat-TV. In the first floor is also a large living room with fireplace and TV. This room offers spectecular views of the romantic landscape of the Maremma.
Several shaded and sunny seatings surround the house. They are equipped with large tables, perfect for alfresco dining. Also a charcoal oven to bake bread and pizza is available. The Maremma offers many interesting sights, which are reachable in 30 minutes by car. The beautiful sandy beaches of Castiglione della Pescaia and Marina di Grosseto are only some 30 minutes driving away. Grocery stores and restaurants can be reached within 10 minute driving. Please note, that the pool has no protection as mandatory in other countries. Neither we nor the owner can be held responsible for the use of the pool, namely if children suffer damage when swimming unattended.
